Building Alterations

I have a house that requires renovations to be finished. The original builder has done all the technical work, but is now unable to leave Auckland due to Covid restrictions to finish it. There is a number of things that require finishing, either by a qualified builder (Licensed Building Practitioner) or a handyman. The original builder can sign off the paperwork if required. Probably easier to explain in detail what needs to be done via phone call or email. Thanks
