My tenant has advised me that she has some window frames that need some attention (one rotten through and others probably just need a sand and paint) and there are several loose pavers on front porch. I need someone capable to deal with the window frames. Unfortunately, I have no photos as I have not visited the property since she only recently has asked for the work done.

The tenant was very happy with the work done and James communicated with her well. She had no problems which was great. I was surprised that their quote had a Builderscrack fee added on. But I made the choice to go ahead. It took a while for the quote to come. as he acknowledge that he had been very busy.
