Hi there, we’re in the process of buying a house and a few things came out of our building inspection that need repairing. Can you give us a ballpark figure for these repairs or book a time to have a look this week? - Garage roof replacement inc gable at back left (if you’re standing on the drive) which potentially has asbestos in it 46msq - Replacement of weatherboards on the back of the house (whole house is 110msq) - Replacement of the rotten gable on back left of the house if you’re looking at it front on - Adding a run off/ drainage between the edge of the tiled patio and the bedroom wall (about 6-7ft long) - Repairing crack in foundation above the grate on the left side of the house (crack is about 10cm long caused by the rust and expansion of the grate) - Are the beams structurally sound in the living/dining/kitchen area? Our inspector couldn’t see under the insulation (if you’re able to come round for a look!) - If the kitchen and laundry floor does have asbestos under it, how much would it be to replace it?
