Subfloor repairs

New pile and new bearer needed to be installed for unsupported joists. Comments from building inspection: "Some of the joists under the master bedroom area are not supported on their bearer and a 2x2 has been installed to help take the load. I recommend a new bearer is bolted under these joists now to ensure sufficient support is in place. This can easily be completed by a licensed builder." "I recommend installing a new pile directly under the bearer join under the bathroom doorway area to help prevent further sagging and movement."
