laundry alteration bungelow
Job description
Just enquiring if you do small alterations...perhaps a couple of days max... worth of work. I need it done as soon as is possible....although I will need to get an electrician in to move an electrical socket plus one light switch beforehand i think.. laundryalteration in a bungalow in Masterton....just the following 1-remove small wall between loo and old laundry.... remove old sink and formica around -take away 2-remove loo, cap off, ensure concrete is flat and ready for flooring.... 3-remove high wall mounted old cupboards, two sets, small ones above loo and 1.8ish long ones in laundry and take away 4-have taps and a pipe for washing machine sorted nicely...currently a bit of a mess 5-gib out where necessary-approx max 4 sheets(sperate price for stopping) - no painting 6-skirting where necessary- prob approx max 2.0m 7-Kitchen...two pieces on gib to go up, could possibly get it out of one sheet 8-skiting to finish approx 1.6 9-plus the end of a kitchen cabinet needs covering up as open...so needs something like hardboard - approx --- -changing out a huge old ugly dogleg downpipe which sits over the front door to the smallest solution possible 11-in small back mudroom porch, sealing somehow around the floor to stop vermin/roaches etc 12-and possibly as an extra-can you price separately... .. re=nailing flat or glueing? old bitumen shingles that are lifting and curling - gable ends x4 I'm after these two quotes to begin with and a time frame.
