Renovations required to make house into two separate dwellings as well as repair property. - Carpet installer - Painter - Electrician: separating into two electrical meters for property - Plumber: Ventilation plumbed out to outside, fix potential leak - Builder: remove interleading door - frame and gib, and close off passage entrance.

Highly recommend Jared. He helped with a renovation of our property worked to schedule was cost effective, professional and went above and beyond for us. We have more work and he is definitely our guy going forward. And a genuine good bloke on top of it.
