Deck Balustrading

We are wanting to have a timber framed balustrade with front-facing nautic style (V shaped) wiring with a timber top manufactured and then installed on our deck. Our building permit requires that we have a PS1 for the balustrade. The attached image provides the dimensions and overall plan, while the photo is an example of the style. We anticipate work starting on the construction of the deck in August at this stage. We are based in the Marlborough Sounds and can provide boat transport for people and large materials can be transported by barge.
