Concrete retaing wall is falling over. Its worse now than shown in the picture, and plants are bigger. Its 3 rows high at one end and 5 rows high on the other end. Wall is 10 blocks long. See Photoes below. Looking for a budget quote to remove existing and replace with new cement block wall. Plants may also need to be removed. Job is in Howick
