Broken soffit needs replacing

We lost a piece of the soffit when we had issues with the spouting. Spouting was replaced but the soffit was left open to allow everything to dry....and then it was forgotten mainly because we weren't sure which type of tradesperson was needed for the job. The area where the soffit is broken is two storeys above ground.
