Feature wall build, supply and install for TV

Hi My house has a wall where out TV is wall mounted currently. I would like to build feature wall there as per photo. Wall dimension is 2300 Height x 3700 width. I would like feature wall panel on the wall throughout, a marble looking matt panel at the back of TV, LED strip light at the back of the marble looking panel. Wall hang cabinet under the TV. Push to open mechanism. LED strip light under the cabinet. Will need flush mount TV mounting, electrical work as well. Cabinet size 2300 w x 400 height and depth 350 approx. I want top of the cabinet surface same as marble wall look. Cabinet material MDF. I am looking to start this project ASAP once approval of design.
