this is from insurance report: storm water has entered the roof space, dripped down and has damaged the ceiling tiles and wallpapered wall in the master bedroom. Ceiling tiles are sagging and water damaged. Wallpaper is peeling from the wall and water stained. Due to the age of the tiles these cannot be matched and recommend replacing the damaged ceiling with 13mm plasterboard. please email me for photos or even insurance report: ---
