Change of use of the property.

Our 6 bedrooms 2 story house needs to be changed from SH to SA due to visitor accommodation. The fire engineer suggested the following work required.. (1) Type 5 automatic smoke detection system (2) Emergency lighting and exit signage (3) Fire rated corridor on the ground floor (60 minutes) (4) Fire rating around the stairwell (60 minutes) (5) Upgrading of the plasterboard ceiling on the ground floor to a fire rated ceiling (60 minutes) Upgrading of wall linings on the external boundary walls (60 minutes)
