We are looking to remove the front deck and extend the living room an additional 20-30 square meters depending on costs. Also potentially add a deck to the left hand side. (in front of the bedrooms.) We are located in Shelly Park, East Auckland. We do not have building consent etc at the moment and required help and advise through this process.

Irne and the team at Retro construction have been amazing to deal with. They did a extension of our living room with a wrap around deck. Irne was able to help with from start to finish from the architectural design, council consent and inspections to code of compliance. He has been very patient with us from the start and able to help answer and questions and put our minds at ease.
