Replace some rotting particle board floor
Job description
On removing some tiles I have found a previous bathroom leak some time ago has caused some sections of the particle board floor to rot. This is next to the bath and into the next room. I need some bits of the floor cut out and replaced at the minimum. There also appears to be a joist that needs strengthening that is related to this issue. How much I get done will depend on the cost etc.

Although this was only a small job Gary ticked all the boxes that I require from a Trade Person. He turned up on time and was able to give a price for the job. Agreed on a suitable time to do the work and arrived on time on that given day. The job was completed within the specified time range given and the workmanship appears good. Based on this first experience with Gary I would use him again in the future if the need arises.
