Covered Pergola's and deck

I need to have a pergola built, possibly two, and a deck. One pergola will replace a semi attached existing one and extend it. The other will be a newly covered semi attached pergola, with a deck. The replacement and extension one is 10m by 2.5m but includes the existing structure measurements in that. I will remove the existing one before you start, it slopes toward the house and runs water into the board on the house below the gutter. The new one is above the new proposed deck and will need to be approx 6.5m by 3m. Deck is the same measurements and needs to be able to hold a spa pool. Neither will require building consent as the new one is under 20m2 and the extension excluding the existing structure is below 20m2 as well (existing approx 3x3.)
