Basement Frame and Plasterboard install +Scotia

The work is on the interior wall of the basement and the ceiling.This blockwork has been waterproofed so prefer glue to be used not fasteners or nails. A wooden frame needs to be installed , battens and GIB , plus ceiling to be plastered and scotia put in.Fit Scotia to basement window.Would appreciate early quote by next week.Will only consider registered builders with references and good reviews.
