Replace --- window with --- bifold doors. Matching existing karaka aluminium joinery. Requires: removal of brick cladding and framing. Relocation of power points on same wall (may be as simple as moving outlets to the alternate side of the current studs.) Build --- deck. Height from ground level is 500mm. Deck planks to be composite. Glass balustrade with gate. Pipe to tap is down wall cavity. Can start as soon as cost is agreed. We are looking for this job to be completed soon so we can replace our carpet.

A good friendly team all with excellent individual specialities. The finished project meets our expectations. Multiple members of the team worked on the project at some time. Though an end date was not set all components were in place by the end of our contingency period. A realistic expectation given the current supply issues from manufacturers.
