Job description
Water damage to unit, including particle board flooring in laundry, part kitchen and part lounge to be removed and replaced, removal and refit of laundry tub, cupboard door and shelf, vinyl and carpet lift and relay. Please see statement attached for insurance report of detailed damage requiring fixing.
