Repair of water damaged floor

We have unfortunately had a leak when our fridge was installed. Water got in to the floor boards, which looks like particle-board type material, which has swollen both behind the fridge and in the hallway which runs behind the fridge/kitchen. I am looking for a certified builder to inspect the damage both inside the house and from underneath the house (which is on piles), and provide a written, itemised quote for repair. When looking at flooring from underneath the house, the underfloor insulation will need to be removed to view the floorboards, and then put back up please. Look forward to hearing from you!
