Wooden pergola extended and small deck built for outside cabin

I have an outside 6 x 2.4 pre-fab cabin that was built on site on my property april. They did a rush job and during winter water kept leaking in. I had a wooden pergola built out front of the cabin to stop rain getting into the front sliding door but now need it extended right over the whole cabin in prep for winter. I've tryed sealing all parts that have leaks through winter but it appears to still not keep the water out so this is my solution. We used pallets as the deck out front but am keen to get a proper deck done. There are a few other things I need done to get in back into good order - Extend Pergola extension - Replace sliding door on cabin - Build deck out front of the cabin - Put in new carpet
