Job description
I want the front door surrounds tidied up - fix wobbly door step, replace rotten framing around window above door and possible door frame, and attach an awning over the door. While you’re here I’d like you to measure up for a bigger job on the bathroom- replace windows, and replace rotten shingles on outside, reline part of bathroom. I’m keen to have it done soon.
