Repairs to wooden house to prepare for painting
Job description
The house is 1930's bungalow. Repairs include fixing some rotten window sills (photos), replacing flashing above windows (photo), fixing up some small gaps between walls and roof, removing old TV aerial, replacing some vent covers, adding timber to cover gap between deck and ground (photo), replacing a few weatherboards that have borer holes etc. A full itemised list is available on request.

Milan listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions that improved the project. He is a great problem solver. He and his team were always friendly, professional and considerate while working at my home. I was very happy with his work and would certainly have him back for jobs in the future. Work was completed on time and as per quote. He left everything clean and tidy at the completion of the job. Great workmanship and clear, proactive customer service and communication.
