1. There are a some hairline cracks in the cladding to the "back" wall 2. There is a diverter flashing missing where the roof and wall connects 3. The mortar to the roof ridge and hip tiles has cracked and delaminated and needs repointing 4. The downpipes that fall to the sub roofs should have spreaders attached 5. An area of brick sill cladding at the side corner needs professionally setting and repointing 6. The Butynol deck floor upstairs leadin from the main bedroom should have a floating timber deck over it 7. The handrail to the deck is plaster and has been placed flat, where there are already signs of cracking at the edges. This should have a metal capping with formed saddle flashings to the wall junctions 8. The sealants to some windows needs redoing 9. Junctions from the poly cladding to the brick should have scribers sealed into position. 10. The left front corner (about 40cm) under the concrete slab has washed away, which should be packed under The job entails roof tile work, cladding repair, window sealing, brick work.
