reinstall windows ASAP

We require a builder who is experienced in framing and installing windows in new builds A recent install of the windows has been done and it has been done wrong The windows were required to have batons placed each side and the sill to travel past each side As the build is a direct fix It needs to be redone to suit the building application and the building code i am thinking reframing will need to be done to suit the correct application not change the windows
