remove fireplace/woodburner along with chimney

I have a fireplace in my lounge which i want to remove along with the chimney. It is not a brick fireplace/chimney but wood burner. The wood burner has a pipe coming all the way outside the roof (which i'm calling as chimney). I want them removed, roof tiles put in place (after the pipe is removed) and my lounge ceiling sealed (or small portioned of ceiling board replaced)
