Soffit repair 2

After some excessive rain a bit of the soffit has fallen down on our rental. Some of the internal framing has had some gradual damage from overflowing gutters in the past. Gutters are now clear but need a bit more framing of the 70 x 35 beam and new soffits. Its only on one side at the front (with the two windows). Had insurance investigate, probably not going to pay out on it so looking for a sharp price.
