*Urgent* replace roof timber on where leak was in the past and replace gib

Hi there I need someone urgently to look at a property as there was a leak in the roof (now fixed) over a year ago however is soft wood and seems to be black (rotting and wanting to replace it. job is to replace to affected wood in the rood lining, jib ceiling where leak came down to and painting it. I do need someone to quote me sooner rather than later. Not too sure on the price point
