Install small low deck, pavers and remove/kill grass

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to install a small deck in my enclosed yard, in a new build townhouse. Size 6.4m x 3.3m (21m²). The area currently has patchy grass and some dead spots. I’m not sure if it's worth leaving the two small bush plants in place, or remove them. Open to ideas. I think we could put a few pavers around the side where the washing line and air con unit are. I’m looking for an affordable, good-quality option, nothing fancy. Would like a few quotes, suggestions and compare options—keen to get this done in the next week.
