Entry door misaligned/hard to open and glass now broken

Hi there, our door has lately been hard to open and close and the glass has now today broken. It looks like the door is sitting on an angle and misaligned. We are needing to look at options that may include glass replacement and alignment or a replacement door, potentially upgrading the lock system at the same time depending on costs involved. Quotes ideally to include refitting of the cat door also. Current door measurements are 806mm wide 1960mm high. Please see photo and let us know if you are able to assist. Many thanks
