This job requires: - Removal of existing sunroom and converting to deck - Building of additional deck space - Modifying an internal wall to square off arch and increase door width, including installing overhead beam as specified by architect - Removing overhead pelmets throughout house Location in Mangere Bridge. Timing for late next week or early the following.

Lui and his team did an amazing job on this project.. he has excellent communication skills, keeping in touch throughout the whole process, ensuring that fully understood the process and ensured there were no curve balls or surprises. He has excellent skills and building standards, all aspects of the job were built to last, to code, and with a great eye for detail and aesthetics of the finished job. I'd highly recommend this builder! :)
