Removal of unused hot water cylinder cupboard

We are looking to reno our kitchen, but in these tough times, we're doing it small bit by bit. To start, we need the old hot water cylinder cupboard removed. The cylinder is no longer there as we switched to gas hot water. We'd like the finish to be high standard, so it doesn't look like it was ever there.

Overall we're really happy with the job Roger and his team did. There was some info that wasn't provided up front that we really needed a professional to highlight to us, but we managed to sort it all out. We are very happy with the result!
