2 Jobs - Install cavity slider door lock & investigate/repair front door

Note: due to a guard dog living inside , I'm looking for someone who can work in the late afternoons or on a weekend, shouldn't be a long job I believe. Job 1- replace existing cavity slider handle with a locking cavity slider (we have the kit) I just need someone to cut the holes in the door and frame for it and then fit. Mrs doesn't trust me with a chisel . 2nd job - our front door doesn't seem to shut properly, the bottom corner opposite the hinge seems to be hanging out a little. This is preventing our Yale keyless door lock to open by itself unless your using force to pull the door closed . I don't have a level or anything so I can't tell if the doors warped , or it's been installed correctly or what the go is. I can provide more photos if necessary
