Renovating lounge and bedroom

1. Adding insulation and new gib, extending existing window architraves and sills and skirting boards to match rest of home. Currently walls are like an insulated and papered shed, you can see all the main vertical studs with the walls recessed, we would like this filled out with more insulation and gib to look flat. 2. Adding insulation and gib to ceiling. Currently can see the particle board floor above and exposed beams. Again we would like to enclose this. 3. Some electrical work to move or add power points and put in switches to dim and control all lights from both doors to the lounge. Also to conceal cables from wall mounted TV within gib in a way that is accessible to change cables in future. 4. Square stopped ceilings in both rooms with wall plastering ready for painting.
