addition to front of house

To add about 20sqm room to front of house coming out at right angle from existing house which was completed Oct.2020 I have plans with elevation and roof structures etc. enough plans to cost out the project. Would be happy to have a start sometime earlish New Year. Negotiable. Mr Dave Pope has drawn up the plans and said the roof cutting into was easy and straight forward.
