I need to create a storage room in my garage big enough to put all my household good in e.g. furniture, appliances etc. I am relocating overseas and I will be renting my home out and want to put all my stuff in 'storage' securely. Ideally, I'd like 'part' of the garage still to be available to the people renting it, whether for a vehicle and/or bikes, lawn mower etc.
