To fill in an opening between 1st level up to 2nd level. It was built in the 70's and was the style then. We would like it to be filled in and seamless look to originally walls. So will need framing, gib, plaster ready for us to paint. Maybe a power point to be placed as well. opening size 4.7 x 1.8m Time line is not important, but would like to be done soon.
