We have consent for a 9.6m x 3m sleepout with bathroom, kitchen, and deck and are looking for someone to build it labour only for us from the piles up. The walls and roof framing would be pre-nailed and delivered, and the cladding is ply and batten inside and out. We would be looking to project manage the job, and also provide the drainlayer and plumber, along with the electrician and decorator.
