This patio area needs some finishing touches to the framing, cladding and floor surface to make it look seamless for outdoor living and entertainment. There was previously a spa pool here which was removed and concreted over.

Thanks to the team for finishing work on our patio area. It was done in a timely way to a good standard. Pena provided sound advice when discussing different options on the phone. My only suggestion would be to discuss the project on site with the client where possible as it’s challenging to be specific about what is desired without having visual cues to refer to. Overall however I feel as though we made the best of what we had to work with.
