We have a sleep out that has seen better days and needs some love: 1. Replace the ranch sliders on the western elevation 2. Replace the two windows on the northern elevation 3. Remove the saloon door on the northern elevation 4. Replace the weatherboards on the northern elevation 5. Check the foundations and glass balustrades 6. Can we get a cost estimation to build a loft area over the existing bathroom? In our house: 7. Fit the stairs up to the loft in the garage 8. Exploring a cost-effective solution to the front door area 9. New fence on the southern boundary It would be great if you could come and take a look.
