Remove and replace butynol deck on to fix leak. Reconnect dropper (through lower roof). Return and replace floating wooden decking finish (already removed). Interior to be returned to existing condition. Repairs to damage made to room below from leak. You will need to make an appointment to view. Job includes all external and internal finishing, including gibbing, plastering and painting, as well as all removal of debris, temporary covers, replacement of any removed cedar weatherboard or joinery.
