Enclosed cat porch

Enclose a back door porch that is already partially roofed for our cat. I imagine this would involve building a basic frame and attaching some sort of wire mesh. Porch is on an existing deck. A door would need to be built in an existing frame for entry to and from the “catio” (i.e a patio for cats - lots of designs on google). Area is approx 3m x 2m. Deck is slighting raised - up two small steps. Depending on cost, would also be interested in having another set stairs built off another part of the deck (with another door out of the catio). Would also like ramps, climbing things, etc. Have off cuts that could be useful here.
