Leak flooring to be fixed and side panels for joinery

I had a dishwasher leak which ended up causing hidden gradual damage. The insurance claim has been paid out, and i have sold my house and i now need to get this fixed by mid October for the new purchases. can someone please come up and quote, and also give me a timeline on when this can be done. the particle board floor needs to be replaced as does two side panels from the draw unit and unit under the sink.
