With sloping roof, door, and windows. Ideal dimensions width: 2.4m, length: 2.4 (this includes a porch area of approx 60cm) height: 1.8m at peak of roof and at least 1.2m at edges of roof. Playhouse is to sit on sandy soil so may need piles. Playhouse must have solid weather proof walls, roof and floor as well as windows and doors. Door ideally barn style i.e. opens in two halves top and bottom. Windows three, one in front next to door and two on left side, right side and back of playhouse will be up against a fence. Can be constructed on site or brought in constructed. Materials: Main playhouse: Treated timber; Door: Treated timber; Roof: corrugated iron or corrugated PVC/Plastic; Windows: clear perspex or plastic.
