Lay foundations and floor for new house at Paraparaumu Beach

Standard reinforced concrete foundations/floor required for 286 m2 house to be built at Pateke Way, Paraparaumu Beach. Will consider labour only or labour + supply of materials. Ideally the job will be completed by 15th Nov, ready for the building to start 22nd Nov. Will email plans on request, happy to meet at the site to view/talk things through. Our son is a qualified carpenter who will be returning from the UK to complete the majority of the building work. We will be also looking for a qualified builder or a builder + apprentice team on a labour-only contract to work with our son on building the house, but will advertise this separately shortly.
