Desking, Fencing + Foundation Work in Paraparaumu Beach
Job description
3 jobs required as follows: 1) Completing fencing garden so fully fenced (currently 3/4) so need some additional fencing added + will include a gate for accessing the garden from the front of the property. 2) Repair (if can) existing bowed decking + stairs (as described in the attached section from the building report I had done & includes some photo's). 3) Undermining issue affecting foundation edge (as described in the attached section from the building report I had done & includes some photo's).

Happy with the work done, a good team, easy to get along with & recommended. Original job changed following an engineer inspection which resulted in a deck rebuild so required drawings + new piles etc which increased both cost + timeframe to do whilst waiting to receive additional goods etc which made things a little more challenging & a progress little stop-start but the end result worthwhile.
