Garage ceiling alteration
Job description
My attached garage has a concrete floor with 2.4m stud & truss roof. I would like to put in a golf simulator which requires 2.7m height only where you swing the club. I therefore would like to increase the ceiling height in a section of the roof (approx 2m by 1m). Job would include cutting & replacing ceiling gib, and raising the required parts of the truss (I’m hoping it’s just raising the bottom cross beams on that section - see picture for approx area to be raised by 300mm). No need for plastering or paint. I will arrange electrician & plumber separately as required. Looking for a quote

Great job done by Scott. There was a slight change required due to the engineers design ....Scott accommodated the change & completed the job to a very high standard. There were a few comms challenges early in the process but once the job was agreed, Scott was excellent. Highly recommend.
