Building two planter box + trellis privacy screens approx --- H

We are looking for a qualified builder to custom make 2 'planter box and trellis' units. Ideally #1 by end Nov /early Dec 2019 - but at least both by end of Feb 2020. Need to be robust - so made from h3.2 90x32 mm smooth faced pine - or similar. Specs for trellis unit #1: (ideally by early Dec 2019) - Measurements approx 3500mm long , 600mm wide and 2300(?)mm high - Box seat at the bottom - Will sit on a wooden deck and against a wooden fence Specs for trellis unit #2: (Less urgent - by Feb 2020) - Measurements approx 3000mm long , 600mm wide and 2100mm high - Planter box at the bottom - To sit on concrete against a wooden fence OPTION TO STAIN: We would like them stained charcoal grey - will pay to have them stained, although unstained is ok if means getting the job done sooner.
