Fix carport that was enclosed and not consented
Job description
We purchased a rental property and the garage does not meet current building standards and consent was not obtained. We would like to get it fixed if possible to get consent and if not possible turn it back into a carport. We only have a week in which to to the work before it’s rented out so would need to be available to do work from 26/07. Also would like some minor odd jobs identified in building report which I can send to you if interested (includes photos) which includes - attaching deck to house, fixing a window, and fixing leaning fence (minor repair). Haydn was amazing. We encountered a few unexpected issues and he was very helpful and patient. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again for any building work we require.
