Deck repair/sliding door surround

Rotting,waterlogged decking timber needs to be replaced, it sits directly underneath the aluminum sliding door frame, which seems to be seated too low so there is no air flow to dry the moisture thus it rots. Only affects two pieces of decking timber. There are two other sliding doors both of which sit higher in the frame allowing a gap for air to dry the decking.
