Flooring repair

Our hot water cylinder leaked. We need about 2 metres of flooring replaced. the main beams and piles are apparently ok, but the floor is particle board and so it's poked. We desperately need someone to replace the saggy floor before we fall through it. We've since had the hot water cylinder removed (had a Rinnai installed outside), we also have carpet layer jacked up to replace the carpet, but can't do anything until the actual floor is fixed.
